Signed "COST. NUNZIO RISINA COSIMO RAGUSA ITALIA" which roughly translated means constructed by Nunzio Risina in Ragusa Italy. I was told the wagon was used by a fruit vendor in Youngstown, Ohio. Some type of clear coat has been applied to preserve the original paint.
